Key Customers Ownership:

  • Headquarters of national ownership of  the insurance companies
  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Taking the initiative to establish relationships with prospected key customers.
    2. Identify, track and pursue key strategic projects to support organizational goals and objectives.
    3. Interact and communicate with the key customers on a regular basis to understanding customer‘s needs and produce innovative solutions.
    4. Co-operate with regional account managers to achieve assigned sales targets and convert the relationship with key customers into sustainable business results.
    5. Carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
    6. Managing the customers for timely decisions, dealing with objections, work with regional account managers to negotiating price and conditions of sale.
    7. Maintaining the customer relationship after the sale is completed, continuously looking to identify new needs and business opportunities.
    8. Consistently inspect and ensure all business activities with the key accounts are fully compliant to Solera business ethic standard.
    9. Ensure optimum level of resource utilization to generate best possible business results, such as travel and entertainment expenses, human resources.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    1.       Order booking (annualized revenue)

    2.       Financial revenue

    3.       Net Contract Value Increase (NCVI)

    4.       On-time collection of account receivables

    5.       Sales outlook accuracy

    Qualifications:

    1. University degree with 10+ years working experience in sales field in related industry
    2. 5+ years sales experience worked with Major insurance companies.
    3. Excellent communication, persuasive, creative and critical thinking and organization skills.
    4. Self-motivated and self-disciplined
    5. Being able to spend around 50% of time on road for business travel
    6. Ability to work in a pressured and fast moving environment
    7. A result-oriented Team player
    8. Outstanding presentation skill
